I seriously doubt we would of bought our new system at Bestbuy if you didn't have Geek Squad. They delivered it and set everything up. They were very professional and safety conscious awareness of the pandemic while in our home.

Geek squad did installation, did not get much of a demonstration probably because this did not seem like a big deal to the techs, but I am still trying to figure things out

The agent mounted my soundbar and hide all of the cords. It is the same agent who mounted my big screen TV months ago. Great continuity

It works, but with a couple issues. Hulu is intermittent, I end up using my Fire TV for Hulu even though the app is native to the TV. Also, I was told to have all my accounts and passwords ready for the installation, but had to enter myself after installers left.

The agent where very helpful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with operating everything I purchased.

Kevin completed a diagnostic check of my home theater, identified issues, and corrected all problems. He also gave me recommendations to improve the efficiency of my system by upgrading certain components. He was professional, patient, and a pleasure to deal with.

A complicated situation with a outdated home theater and 4k tv. they managed to connect both and allow the tv to come through the theater speakers. It's not running perfectly but I did not need to buy another device for sound.

The agents disconnected my old sound bar, installed my new one, programmed my remote, all while being respectful, wearing booties on my new carpeting, without being asked, wore Masks, and kept Social Distancing. They explained everything.

Very professional prompt service. They hung 3 TVs and always asked how high I wanted them mounted. They also told me what the standard guidelines were for hanging the TV's. Also was impressed that the guy's wore something over their shoes to protect the floors of my house.

2 geeks hooked up my rockin sound bar and High Def dvd 4 k to the 75” Sony Bravia now it’s a concert hall and movie theatre too Great job guys but next time plug in the DVD player after a 1/2 hour of angst and scratching my head I plugged in the dvd and all is well

The Geek Squad person connected our soundbar so that it would work with the same remote as the television. We were very happy with his work.
