Can’t say enough about our install agent. Did everything we asked for though I forgot to have him do something but that’s on me! I have only positive things to say! I live geek support But getting GEEK SUPPORT ON Phone—- well that rates MINUS 10‼️

The service tech set up the sonos system so that the sound worked like it should. He corrected the issue quickly. Very polite tech. We have been happy with all the installations.

In home service was great. They know the pitfalls for the best protection of your house. They will keep working on something until its solved.

They did a nice job of getting my speakers up and running however I really wanted my new stereo surround speakers as well as a soundbar installed. They are still sitting in unopened boxes and I have to find somehow to get rid of them.

The Geek Squad guys were great. Installed everything and set it all up where it was simply a "plug and play" process.

TV Connect and Setup - The TV setup guys were Terrific..!!! Efficient, quick but helped me to understand all aspects of the setup and operation of the TV/soundbar combination. they even leave their contact info to ask questions after the setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!! t

Our techs that came out to set our tv and soundbar up were great!! They worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything from angle of tv and where the wires were placed! They are very attentive to keeping area clean and neat while they work. A++++

Agents contacted the sound bar manufacturer and were able to download an upgrade on memory stick and download it to the sound bar. It works perfectly again. Both members of Geek Squad did a great job.
