The Geek Squad installed my new LG 77" OLED 4 K SMART WEBOS TV and hooked up my sound bar and blu-ray player in no time. They were excellent and very informative and helpful.

The guys from Geek Squad are very good at what they do. They are always courteous, helpful, on time and very professional. They get it right the first time! I renewed my contract as I don’ t want to be without these professionals!

The Geek Squad came out and had me good to go in no time. Not a good move if you’re hearing impaired-sound is dependent on where you’re at in the room. Bar is sleek and attractive though.

The agent set up the tv and attached the sound bar, then tested same on multiple channels and made adjustments as necessary. He then removed all packing materials and empty boxes. I later discovered I did not have the subwoofer.

Service providers arrived on time. They were effivient but complete. We liked that they stsyed to be sure all the items worked together along with the remotes before leaving.

Combined this service with Geek Squad's Home Theater set up, and was very pleased. The technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service call was fast, but thorough, and they took the time to make sure I understood the basic set up and functions of the network and other components.

The Geek Squad agents set up my 75 INCH TV, also stereo system components perfectly. I am building a Home Theater and look forward to purchasing my equipment from Best Buy and putting in a "by name" request for the same agents...job very well done!!

Very limited on what can be programed, inconvenient, cumbersome, When tech return ed with another tv, had to add programming at my request.

Professionally installed TV wall mount and hung TV. Quickly set up the TV and showed me it’s functions. Well worth the cost. Highly recommend. Will use Geek Squad again.

Chris and Lauren from geek squad were a super team. They quickly figured out the problem with our sup woofer, Moved on to the broadcast antenna which they quickly installed and set up on our tv, and figured out our set up problem with Hulu and HBO on our new tv. Superb

First set up for the JBL was not a good one. The time was changed on us last minute. The guy who set up the JBL was in and out. We never heard the quality we expected.

the Geek squad representative was able to install my sound bar and allowed me to control the soundbar using the frontier remote. this was something the frontier installer was unable to accomplish. Cudos to the Geek Squad
