Really like the Best Buy set up teams. We have had multiple of them come to the house and they are always great!

Installed and configured a curved soundbar. The soundbar itself turned out to be defective but not the installers fault. Was just poorly designed. Subwoofer kept randomly disconnecting and started makimg a strange machine gun like sound...bizzar...returned, replacement did the same thing.

Our Tech, Marc was highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous... Our service call was done seamlessly! It makes such a positive experience when everything involved is explained as it was... I do highly recommend!!

My technician was right on time and he got my equipment up and running immediately! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and even ended up doing a few things to make my entire setup perform at full capacity! Great service and worth the money!

This sound bar is a purchase I’m really glad I made. The installers even say he’d the tv and sound bar to my universal remote so I can control both with one item.

The setup went well. The people doing the setup were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained stuff in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I haven't had any issues with the soundbar since and don't anticipate to have any, any time soon.

The agents installed the new unit and programmed it. One of the installers took the time to walk us through the remote proceedure.

Very limited on what can be programed, inconvenient, cumbersome, When tech return ed with another tv, had to add programming at my request.

The Agent arrived promptly, and had my TV, DVD and stereo system connected / wired in no time. He even wired my TV to my stereo speakers which was an unexpected, but greatly appreciated "bonus". I wouldn't know where to fault the Agent or his service...

The agent hooked up my soundbar in no time! He also made sure the remotes worked. Very happy!
