Like sound bar & that we can choose when to use it

We had a power outage and could not reconnect the sound bar system The tech came in and reconnected it and showed us how to reset it in the future

Good work by the Squad installing a new TV and reconnecting a sound bar & VCR

The Geek Squad mounted and installed two TVs in our home, an 85" and 75". The pair were very professional and explained in great detail every aspect of what they were going to be doing. They were courteous and swift in their Installation.

Chris installed and set up our sound bar. Very helpful and personable. We enjoyed speaking with him.

Due to the mounting of our TV and the placement of the sound bar over the fireplace there were some challenges to be overcome but the Best Buy team thought things through and came up with some great solutions. Extremely pleased with the result. Geek Squad was well worth the expense.
