The agents installed our new Sony receiver that replaced our worn out receiver and connected all of our components in our theater system. They were professional, friendly and explained the operation system.

The Geek agent was nice. He came to hook up my Bose 700 sound bar to my TV and pair my Bose 700 headphones to the sb. He told me that the optical hookup was preferred over HDMI ARC, but in reading the sb owner's manual I found the ARC was preferred. He also said the sb could not be paired with my headphones. I took the phones back for a refund, but after further reading, and writing to Bose, I learned that the sb and phones could be linked using Simple Sync grouping. I bought the phones again a few weeks later and had a different Geek help me with the bluetooth pairing the first time. Now everything works as it should, but I still need to correct the TV to sb hookup using HDMI ARC.

Our techs that came out to set our tv and soundbar up were great!! They worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything from angle of tv and where the wires were placed! They are very attentive to keeping area clean and neat while they work. A++++

The Geer Squad installed my equipment quickly. He checked out all the equipment to make sure it was in working order. He found several problems and informed me of the best way to solve the problems. He left the system in good working order.

James has to come three times. This first time my cable box was antiquated. The second time the glass tv stand arrived cracked. The third time everything was perfect. James was on time and totally, totally professional and capable.

The geek squad so professional, they came in and installs every piece of equipment that we bought from Best Buy. It was quick, precise and done great. They were very customer service oriented and made sure I understood everything they installed.

Our Geek Squad specialist did an excellent job of installing the equipment that was ordered. The installation was repeatedly hampered, however, by him being called to see how much longer it was going to take. There was obviously a lot of pressure to move on to another job, and this made for a very uncomfortable situation for us, as we felt it was important to let him move along, and consequently did not get fully introduced to our entertainment center. Additionally, as we were advised in our consultation that we would have enough wifi power to adequately operate the TV purchased for our lanai area, this has proven to not be the case, and we need upgrades to make this happen.

The agents arrived on time and moved the old system and installed the new system and put it on my Direct TV remote. Great work and courtesy.

The Geek Squad did very well. After they left, there were some remaining adjustments involving the smart channels necessary for the sound to engage...and they promptly returned to take care of it, without an extra charge. Very nice people.
