I recently purchased a 4k Ultra HD tv, and it's my first smart tv purchase. The Geek Squad techs were immensely helpful in setting up my device and patiently walking me through the steps to register and activate my tv correctly. Would highly recommend professional installation.

Fixed problem quickly. Talking to geek squad on phone was tedious and a waste of time.

The agent installed my wall mounted TV and connected my sound bar efficiently, then provided a brief tutorial on using the equipment. He also verified everything was working properly before he left as well as answered all of my questions.

TV Connect and Setup - The TV setup guys were Terrific..!!! Efficient, quick but helped me to understand all aspects of the setup and operation of the TV/soundbar combination. they even leave their contact info to ask questions after the setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!! t

I'd choose a different soundbar. There seems to be a manufacturing defect with this soundbar. It works sporadically, and will not turn on the included remote. It requires the unit to be unplugged and plugged in again for it turn on. I'm on my second soundbar and the same issues are occurring.

Very please with the knowledge displayed by GEEK squad, there no wasted time in putting all equipment together and operational. Best of all that they spent time with us to insure we knew how every thing operated and left phone to call if we had and issues.

The 2 Geek Squad guys did a fantastic job hooking up everything to our TV and making everything run smoothly. They walked us through everything so that we felt comfortable handling all the remotes.

Simply put, Best Buy sub-contracted out my delivery and set-up service to another contractor, Manada, who were TERRIBLE. They didn't show up for the delivery, promised me delivery on the next day, didn't show up again, and didn't respond to calls or texts. It was the worst, most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. Ultimately, I had to pick up and install my equipment myself. Best Buy is doing tremendous damage to its brand by using contractors like this.

The service is disappointing. The seemed to be in a hurry and really didn’t give the guidance and instructions that I was looking for.

64, Things are getting a little complicated. To be on the safe side I had the Geek Squad set up my sound bar and speakers. The person they sent was great. Fast efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. So glad I saved myself the headache and had it done right. Thanks

Dedra was efficient and patient, She also installed an older TV in another room. She was good at explaining the equipment and setting up the equipment.
