Your man went through the full process of making sure my audio system was tuned for the best listening pleasure. He included sound checks that others missed or excluded. I would certainly have him back if required.

The Geek Squad technician was very through and professional. He made sure that the receiver and blu-ray player were connected to the television correctly. He made sure that the sound was balanced for my room environment.He did not leave until I was completely satisfied.

This is the third time the geek squad has come to my house. and this is the third time I've been highly satisfied by the work they've done. This time they installed my sonance 1250 amp. Again I couldn't be happier!

the 2 guys that came out and the ones I talked to on the phone were just amazing. Answered all my questions even 4 days later. They came out to my house every day for 4 days just to show me how to use all my new stuff. Not the typical service that you see nowadays.

Geek Squad is the best ! They've been to my home three times for different audio / video services in the past. They are on time, answer all yours questions, & make sure the job is done nice and neat. They will not leave your home until your completely satisfied with their work.

I like my sound bar, it does take a bit of getting used to. I have hearing issues and I wanted something to help me out. You can make it as loud as you want!

Had an issue with the sound system……..great response to get it up and running . We appreciated the attention to detail and asking us if we had any questions before they left.

The setup went well. The people doing the setup were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained stuff in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I haven't had any issues with the soundbar since and don't anticipate to have any, any time soon.

Installed and configured a curved soundbar. The soundbar itself turned out to be defective but not the installers fault. Was just poorly designed. Subwoofer kept randomly disconnecting and started makimg a strange machine gun like sound...bizzar...returned, replacement did the same thing.

Ismail and his assistant did a great job. They were thoughtful and diagnosed the issue
