Oh goodness ... the superb Geek Squad Agents set up my LG OLED 65 INCH TV perfectly. They were just so kind, helpful and respectful. A BIG BRAVO!!!!!!

Installation and setup done by Zac and James of MasTec. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the whole process and I commend these gentlemen on being an asset to their company. I give them both a 10+ rating.

Took several tries but IAN was terrific in getting my new BOSE headset functioning as it should with our TV. IAN is an outstanding representative of the Geek Squad.

the men were very patient when I did not have what they needed for hook up. My bad after 3 visits all is done. I was notified all the way. When they would arrive and who was coming. Great service. Thank You

The agents help solve the problems with my pairing of sound bar and television and helped me locate the serial number of my television. They did a great job ! Give them a raise !!!

These guys did a awesome job.very polite guys.it took them 2 1/2 hours to install all 3.only thing that happened was they took the boxes away,which was great,but they forgot to take out the manuals.so I had to download them from the internet.

The two people who set my sound bar knew what they were doing. I would be happy to have them back in my house.

They were able to install the center and 2 standing speakers but not the 2 rear ones due to wiring issues. They said they will be getting back to me in a few days to rectify the rear speaker issues. Otherwise, they did a great job.

Geek Squad always does a fantastic job. This time was no different. They arrived on time were very courteous and knowledgeable. They hooked everything up spent time going over the functionality and cleaned up everything after they were done.

the geek squad has the best staff when they come into your home and install anything. answer questions and its a breeze. I wouldn't have anyone else do installs in my home.
