The geek squad technicians hooked up the 4K tv, speakers, and Apple TV. They tested all the equipment/remotes to make sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and explained how to work the remotes. I would use them again.

The agents were friendly and very professional. They connected my entire entertainment center and all was working when they left. They did wear their masks and helped with a couple of extra requests.

Great service! I am not a tech person, so having the Geek Squad connect the system was worth hours of my time to try to figure it out myself. Expert on knowing my complicated Yamaha Surround Siund set up. Even got the tv remote to work the volume on the amplifier.

I’ve had Geek Squad in several times over the years and they never disappoint. Difficult audio install in the pool house and they diagnosed non working rock speakers by literally digging up the buried wires and fixing them. Great guys.

The audio set-up was completed and Jay was helpful with answering questions and going over all the components until our Logi remote could be reprogrammed with the new components added to the theater system. Always happy with the Geek Squad team!

The technicians kept us up to date on their arrival status -- scheduling needs to realize drive-times between distances however. Techs were friendly and very competent, also explained how devices worked. Cleared away old product and new product packaging.

The Geek Squad people were great once they got to my house, but we had problems with our specified installation date. It was NOT the Squads fault, but a problem with in Best Buy corporate.

Best Buy has the WORST customer service where Geek Squad is involved that I have ever encountered. Now, this isn't about the technician who finally came. This is about scheduling an appointment/ no show/no communication/ you're NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone with a store manager?????/ only to wake up the next morning to find its been rescheduled for six days later, still eithout any communication from Best Buy. The customer service "chat" site and phone agents are a total joke. They can tell you nothing about why this is happening. HORRIBLE customer service,HORRIBLE communication....I will never recommend Best Buy.
