The sound bar was installed, operational and running fine before they left. all questions were answered and future inquiries to be answered. Pleased I made the choice.

The guys insisted on wearing the booties in the house........even though we told them it wasn't necessary. They promptly diagnosed the problem; and then made some minor adjustments to the component settings to get the sound system working. Well done, guys!.

Geek Squad team did a great job hooking up my new Sony Bluray and receiver. I thought it would take them a lot longer than it did to connect my older equipment and projector, but they had it set up in a short amount of time.

The techs had difficulty connecting my sound-bar to my remote, they claim that it was due to the type of remote I had but that is not correct, my previous sound bar was programmed to my remote

During the original installation of my entertainment center, I asked the geek squad team if I could have remote audio for cable reception & WFI through my my new SONY. They it could not be be done. The geek tech said, yes & did it.
