The Geek Squad has handled every issue we have ever had with our computer. The were great in setting up our appliances as well. Can do much over the phone, too. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable.

The service man met all my expectation and took the exta effort on some requests.

Installation was completed, however, the quote given over the phone ended up being $150 more, due to the lack of the rep advising that there will be an additional charge for hiding the cords. I would recommend service with caution when obtaining a quote for installation.

Agents were very knowledgeable andbgave me recomendations for add ons and protection.

The Geek Squad did a good job on the setup, but now my Sub is making a rattling noise. What can I do to get this issue fixed.

The Best Buy team members took the time to ensure that my sound bar connection to my Smart TV was working well, updated the TV software, and helped me to access my Netflix subscription on TV.
