The service persons who installed and setup our television did a good and efficient job, and was patiently able to answer any device usage questions I had.

Total tech took tome to explain all set up and made sure i was satisfied with the color since i wanted the black one originally. Communication was 2nd to none!

Geek Squad connected all of the multiple cables to the receiver and made sure that everything worked perfectly. Before leaving they also made sure that I understood how to operate the system. Very professional and helpful.

The 2 geeks set up properly my 2nd samsung soundbar to my older 75inch samsung tv and both gave me instruction on the use of the remote

The agent installed my Dennon receiver and set it totally up. It is Bluetooth and wifi. He even set up all the saved radio and sirus xm stations for me. He was very friendly and so very helpful po ful.

The Geek Squad team did a great job setting up my SONOS speaker system. They made sure the individual speaker volumes were balanced for my living room. They explained how the speakers work together to provide a superior overall listening experience.
