Leo installed my surround sound system. He did a great job and explained everything along the way.

The agents mounted the tv connected it to sound bar and set up the Comcast and showed me how to work things plus provided valuable information about the tv.

I was at work when they installed it, but my wife was home & was texting me about one of the guys having an attitude towards her & I think that’s really unprofessional of him.

Went well the guys knew what they were doing. No problems.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Handled the installation expertly and was careful about other surroundings. Every question we had was answered regarding operation of the new equipment and all accessories were installed.

He came out and hooked up my 55" Television and the Television had a great picture and also hooked up my soundbar for it. Love the 55" tv. Samsung makes great tv's

The Geek Squad set up my tv sound bar and hooked to my tv and showed me how to work the remote. They did it quickly and picked up all the packing paper and the boxes. I am very satisfied with the service.

It took a while to correct, but malfunctioning of my sound bar was corrected after trying different options.

The guys that installed our surround sound did a fantastic job. We will be using them again for sure!

We needed assistance with connecting an existing sound bar to a different TV that had difference connections than the prior TV. Everything works great!

I have used Geek Squad for set-up of our new TV, sound bar and wifi extender. They did an excellent job with setup, explained in detail how everything worked and were very patient with our questions. Would definitely use Geek Squad for our next install or service.

The Geek Squad Tech was awesome and connected my 65" 4K TV, Xfinity Box, 4K Blueray, and made them all work on one controller. The tech walked me through how everything works before he left. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The technology world changes so quickly we try to stay current but the Geek Squad is our fall back professionals. Communicates when they will arrive, what they find the problem to be or how they will install, clear simple instructions on how things will work.

My experience was a disaster and I still don’t have a TV and Sound Bar that work correctly. I have given up and am trying to live with it.......and the money I wasted on this purchase.

Geek Squad guys are the best. Now if they could only straighten out DISH repair guys. They came after Geek and now my Bose audio is off and I hear only TV sound. I can't afford to call you back to fix what they did.

Both Geek Squad employees were very informative and fixed the problem within minutes. Would pay for their service again if needed. Thank You Geek Squad..
