The Geek Squad set up my tv sound bar and hooked to my tv and showed me how to work the remote. They did it quickly and picked up all the packing paper and the boxes. I am very satisfied with the service.

The Geek Squad Tech was awesome and connected my 65" 4K TV, Xfinity Box, 4K Blueray, and made them all work on one controller. The tech walked me through how everything works before he left.

My experience was a disaster and I still don’t have a TV and Sound Bar that work correctly. I have given up and am trying to live with it.......and the money I wasted on this purchase.

Geek Squad guys are the best. Now if they could only straighten out DISH repair guys. They came after Geek and now my Bose audio is off and I hear only TV sound. I can't afford to call you back to fix what they did.
