I wasn't home, but my husband told me that Paul was very nice and friendly, and he even synced all of our remotes together. Which was fantastic, I hate four different remotes. Overall, very happy.

Geek Squad helped set up a new audio system. The most confusing part of this was learning how to use the remotes and which one controls what. Had to call up a second time when I hit a wrong button. Guys - remember that you see this stuff every day - this was new to me.

I did not hesitate to have the Geek squad connect my turntable and Sonos connect to my existing Sonos system as they know so much more than I do about sound systems. All my questions were answered, and I learned some new things. Highly recommended!

Justin did a good job setting things up, but shortly afterwards things went awry. I now have my third call into him and have not received a response. My headphones are no longer functioning.
