The young men were excellent in their knowledge and had all my electronic equipment connected and working wonderfully. When we move, I will contact them again to connect my electronics.

They hung my new TV with thr wall mount i bought perfectly and then setup the TV to work with all Devices.

They arrived on time and ready to go to determine if there was an issue with my left/right sound box amplification. Taught me how they operate and made sure they were operating properly.

The agent assessed the problem of the sound being out of synchronization with the picture, went into the software and resolved the problem.

I love these guys and they work together until they do it right!! Very helpful and couldn't be more competent or nicer!! I would buy things from Best Buy just to have the Geek Squad do the installation and service!!

Tried to challenge the charges with Best Buy. Terrible experience. Talked to 8 different people in 3 departments. I was determined to have BB deal with it but after 55 minutes of frustration, I turned it into a credit card challenge.

Did a great job configuring the sound bar with the new tv.

The agents did a very good job in installing my tv and sound bar as they walked me through its operations I was very grateful for work.

Squad members were knowledgeable and we worked well. Might have to get them back to do a follow up visit..

Overall ok , there were some issues with soundbar not coming in with tv. Total Connect wasn’t a lot of help either in this instance. I was able to find the fix on google

All good, except refund….cable was not needed and refund to be applied

It took a while to correct, but malfunctioning of my sound bar was corrected after trying different options.

2 Geeks showed up and wih very little time had every thing hooked up and removed all he cartons. Would rate them A++. Would highly recommend them!

The Geek Squad was outstanding as usual. ALWAYS very professional and do things nice and know what they are doing.

Installation of tv and and entertainment center was was competently accomplished. Education on universal remote was a bit lacking as was troubleshooting the system. Talking to geek squad is a tedious and frustrating process.

Geek squad hooked up a sony soundbar and wireless subwoofer to my new sony tv. They were on time and work was done professionally.
