The Geek Squad did a great Job setting up the TV with sound Bar.

The technicians did an adequate job hooking up the TV and sound bar but the sound quality is no better than our old TV and sound system. They couldn't give us much advice on how we might improve the sound quality. We're considering adding 2 more speakers.

This was the second attempt to get our receiver installed and connected so I knew how to use it. Our Geek Squad man was intent on us understanding all the workings of our system and how the new receiver was integrated.

Lance is a real pro. We try and ask for him personally when we have any computer issues. He's very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. In addition, he is really tech/computer savvy.

I am very pleased with the help we received from Geek Squad. They were extremely diligent and double checked all their work before they left. They even did some extra troubleshooting finding a wire that had gotten cut and fixed that as well.
