A third party was used for delivery and install.
Had to ask helper to put mask on nose twice. Was told mask was too big.
Picture of CDC guidelines was taken after install for affect only by the installers to send back to front office. But was not followed during install (trap and cones to mark off distance) even though distancing and disinfectant was applied to remote that was handled.
Was asked to pay out of pocket for a cable that was not included/or was needed. Not sure which. Was told that it was an out of pocket expense for installer. And I could give him whatever I wanted to.

I was very impressed with Jeff! He was courteous, neat, fast, and helpful! He set up my speakers, receiver, cd Changer, etc. In addition, he patiently explained how everything works with my new universal remote. Great service from Jeff.

The Geek Squad representative installed my new TV and the sound bar. Did a good job. The sound bar reverts to off when you turn off the TV or pause a program. Very annoying...

Overall ok , there were some issues with soundbar not coming in with tv. Total Connect wasn’t a lot of help either in this instance. I was able to find the fix on google

We’ve had an unusable Heos system for about a year. We’ve had other echo get it to work for about a week but it’s crash again. Frank fixes it within minutes! (Amongst other tasks) We’re so thankful to finally be able to use our Heos!

The Geek squad had to come back and set up the audio part components of the system due to a cable outage. The guys were quick and explained how everything worked. Very pleased with the service. Well worth the money.
