The guys did a remarkable job with the Audio setup. Measured distances and carefully set gains for all speakers. It was so good, I didn't have to touch it afterward, just sit back and enjoy.

They connected my soundbar no problem and explained how everything works. Great if you are buying a TV along with a soundbar.

have been having problem with initial installation in february have trie several things, but still no success. completely changed all all portions of system and now has been working as desired

Installation was completed, however, the quote given over the phone ended up being $150 more, due to the lack of the rep advising that there will be an additional charge for hiding the cords. I would recommend service with caution when obtaining a quote for installation.

The agents set up my TV on the base and did the complete set up for me gave me tips. Great work on my computer also. Total tech is the way to go

The tech did a great job! BUT I paid for a complete install of a sound bar, but the tech spent all of 15 minutes connecting the correct cables to the correct places after our grandkids had used connections for their stuff while visiting. There should be some provision for small jobs.

The agents mounted/installed my soundbar without issue. They made sure everything was working appropriately with my TV before leaving. They also instructed me on how to use the soundbar and included remote.

Had Best Buy install small tv on wall in office. No problems. Techs were able to install and hide wall sockets for power and cable to give clean appearance. Took time be sure remote programmed correctly.

the service was great, but I have an additional charge of $49.04 on my mastercard bill that I cannot identify in addition to the $1420,22 for the tv and setup. Need help with this. thanks
