Geeksquad set up my soundbar and everything else quickly and effortlessly. They were great.

The Geek squad installed and mounted my tv efficiently and as quickly as the procedure required. If I have a problem at all with the process it was with the in ability of the scheduler to tell time.

Best Buy has the WORST customer service where Geek Squad is involved that I have ever encountered. Now, this isn't about the technician who finally came. This is about scheduling an appointment/ no show/no communication/ you're NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone with a store manager?????/ only to wake up the next morning to find its been rescheduled for six days later, still eithout any communication from Best Buy. The customer service "chat" site and phone agents are a total joke. They can tell you nothing about why this is happening. HORRIBLE customer service,HORRIBLE communication....I will never recommend Best Buy.

SPEAKERS DONT WORK I CALLED VIZIO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SENT THE CALL TO PAKISTAN GOT NO HELP.I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE INSTALL

The Greek squad came back to replace a faulty HDMI cable that connected my DVD Blu-ray player to my Yamaha AV receiver. The tech was in and out in a short time. I couldn't be happier

Geek Squad installed my lg sound bar using the optical cable and it works very well with my Sony tv.

So far, the sound bar is jus ok. The main bar works just fine. The rear speakers do not seem to be very loud.
