the sonos arc was replaced and subwoofer. Phillip Key was great and the Geek Squad. However we are still having sound issues and not sure this is from the TV or the sonos arc

The TV setup seemed to be connected properly, until a few days later we've noticed the Yamaha receiver kept blanking out the sound. We finally just turned off the reciever and now just have tv audio. This TV Bravia sony TV keeps losing sound for no reason, causing me to have to reboot the tv more than a few times a day!! It's very frustrating, After ruining my day and nights of trying to binge watch, I will be calling Best buy tomm. I had my old blu ray home theater system replaced and all the speakers are mounted on the wall. Tech removed all the speakers and put new ones on. He went all the settings retied all the cables and provided excellent service
