I paid to have my older (7 years) TV and sound equipment mounted to the wall and hooked up. The two employees that came to my house were knowledgeable and up to date as to the out of date equipment I own. Thanks so much!

The guys who came to the house to install the TV were very knowledgable about both the TV and the service. They were able to answer all our questions, and seemed happy to do so. We were VERY pleased with all they did.

Two TVs were set up, 1 was mounted on the bedroom wall and the other set up with soundbar effortlessly. They even helped us get an app set up for watching & went over all instructions with us.

I had the geek squad come and install a 75 inch TV and soundbar to the wall. The TV is not level and the crew did not install the soundbar, they said it needed brackets, which i was not told about when i bought the soundbar in-store. They left without getting the TV to work. I had to plug the cables in and set everything up. $200 for them to put the TV mount on the wall and lift the TV up. This was not a new TV purchase, the TV was sitting on a counter and the soundbar was sitting at the base. Easy job except for the weight of the TV. Use them again?? maybe.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the sound system and showing us how to use it.

These guys were great! They delivered our new tv, set it up and made sure we know how to use the remote. They used shoe covers each time they came into my hose, were respectful, funny and very polite..

The sound bar was installed by the geek squad when the TV and the DVD was installed. Again, I must acknowledge the geek squad was very obliging with my request.

The tech arrived on time. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He reviewed the steps several times until I was confident in how to do it.

It was amazing I first purchased a different soundbar but wasn't happy with it. So I chose Sonos. Love the Sonos soundbar.

We had this service as we need somebody to install the wall mount for our TV. But I wouldn't have had the service itself as it's expensive. But the serviceman was very polite and knew what he's doing. I have no complain about his service.

The 2 men that came out to deliver and setup our new TV and soundbar were wonderful. Aside from the excellent job in setting up the equipment they were VERY nice and considerate of my husband and myself and our home.
