This was the second time to take missions came out to address issues with the sound bar. It's still failed to function right after they left. Soundbar was also damaged during the visit and I had to purchase a splitter($70.00) to hard wire the sound bar into the television rather than use the Wi-Fi setup.

The Geek Squad provided excellent suggestions as to how to set up my in home theater and sound throughout my new home. The were professional and courteous and were able to address all of my needs. .

The agents updated my stereo system. While it took 2 times (and about 3 mos) to do it and to get the correct equipment, I am happy with the outcome and they were great guys.

The Technician sent to install a stereo system, that had been in for warranty work, did not know how to do it, even though we had all the cables labeled. It should have been a "plug and play". He could not get zones 2 or 3 to work. Fortunately for us, there was another technician here to re-program the remote. After the first technician left, he took care of both, even though it was not his job. He was fantastic! The first technician was a sub-contractor and the second was an actual Geek Squad tech.
