Sound bar installation was on time, courteous, and well executed.

Setup ofmy soundbar was quick and efficient. My geek squad was amazing.

So my first experience was horrible. The employees left my tv mounted crooked and flthe tv i purchased was damaged so they made me rebook another visit, taking another day of my time away and the second group of guys worked faster and fixed the first peoples errors. So just double check their work and stay engaged with them asking them to walk you thru what theyre doing so u know its being done correctly

They were very helpful in giving suggestions on where to set up my tv and help with actual setup of programs. Very friendly and efficient.

The tech mounted and synced my soundbar to my television. He arrived on time and did a great job, he wanted to make sure that it was perfectly mounted to my satisfaction.

These folks rock. Highly recommend. They even came back out when we weren't 100% satisfied with mounting height of tv.

They did a great job on the install but it being a late in the day install I think they were wanting to call it a day. It would be nice to have shown me how to use the remote and all the things the TV can do.

On 16 Dec 2018- Internal Geek Squad - in store service repaired initial incomplete 8 Nov 2018 external 3rd party HDMI connection so LG 4K TV & LG 4K Blue Ray audio can be heard from central Klipsch speakers.

The agents mounted my TV and moved the TV that it replaced to a new room. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, making suggestions that were very helpful!

Chris W came out to set up my system. The guy is awesome, took the time to explain everything and did more than he was out to do guarantee that I'd be happy with my new purchase. Knowledgable and didn't talk down to me .

I could have accompolished this myself but I liked having the hands-on over view of the products I purchased and having the Geeke group set it all up for me. Worked out great and glad I went with this service.
