I always use the Geek Squad and am never disappointed. They hooked up my 20 year old surrounf sound and programmed a universal remote and everything works perfect. Really competent, professional and caring install guys.

This was not a service call to hook up my Sonos Playbar. My Playbar has had no issue. The issue was the Sonos Sub I purchased at Best Buy 7/10 recently started cutting in and out. The tech told me it was no good and that I should return it. I asked him to measure the signal strength of my Modem/Router and we found that I had lost considerable signal strength between the router and the home theater. Back to Best Buy and bought a Google Nest Mesh system with one point and hooked that up 1/14 and so far the Sub has not cut out.

I was so happy to see them .I was telling my sister and friends and family about the the people that work for best buy .They get the job done and won't quit until they do..Love my best buy .

My sound bar is great and I love that I could use my Totaltech to get it installed and help hooking to my tv

In the process of building a house. They came out and did the prewire for in ceiling speakers and outside speakers. Did a good job. Will be purchasing speakers soon...

The Geek squad was very thorough with explaining each step and giving options if I wanted different set-up. They were very respectful and accommodating in explaining how to use a smart TV. New learning for us.

The kids that showed to set up my sound bar only had to turn the speakers off on my set so they refunded my fee. Once again Best Buy did me right.

I could not have set this up without them. They were fast, neat and knowledgeable. Plus the tv was too heavy for me do set it up alone.

So my first experience was horrible. The employees left my tv mounted crooked and flthe tv i purchased was damaged so they made me rebook another visit, taking another day of my time away and the second group of guys worked faster and fixed the first peoples errors. So just double check their work and stay engaged with them asking them to walk you thru what theyre doing so u know its being done correctly

He connected my soundbar and speakers to our tv and did a great job setting it up to our specifications! He was ver friendly and professional!

Gentlemen were on time, efficient and friendly. Rooting for Best Buy to pull through, Total Tech is amazing.

Had Geek Squad come to install at time of TV installation. They were excellent in making sure all of my Bluetooth devices worked on the speaker in addition to giving great instruction on how to use the product.

This was the second time to take missions came out to address issues with the sound bar. It's still failed to function right after they left. Soundbar was also damaged during the visit and I had to purchase a splitter($70.00) to hard wire the sound bar into the television rather than use the Wi-Fi setup.
