the technicians were awesome- they explained everything.

I'm not "tech" inclined. And using the Geek Squad for all of my installations is "heaven on earth". They do the work quickly and I'm able to use the device without any heart-burn or aggravation.

Not only were the Geek Squad team early and efficient, they were extremely helpful in explaining things in plain English. In short, they knew their stuff and were a pleasure to work with. Two thumbs up!

The set up Geek Guys were so wonderful they took time to explain things to us and made sure we had complete understanding. They also were very informative of what the Gee Squad offered.

I have some old and new components, some of which didn't work properly. This person corrected the wiring and showed me what to do to make things work. He was wonderful! Well worth the money.

The agent knew what he needed to do quickly and educated the owner in several areas.

My person who came over was so competent and helpful. He made sure I understand all he set up and he was very accommodating. Excellent job and I would call again to set up any electronic or get computer help!
