In order for the new sound channel to be installed the Geek Squad needed to remount the tv to accommodate the size

Quick and easy service. I was glad they were able to swap out the defective sound bar and replace with the new.

The kids that showed to set up my sound bar only had to turn the speakers off on my set so they refunded my fee. Once again Best Buy did me right.

The agents set up our TV and connected it to our sound system and DVD player. They explained to us how the new remote worked and made sure we understood the operation before they left.

I had my old blu ray home theater system replaced and all the speakers are mounted on the wall. Tech removed all the speakers and put new ones on. He went all the settings retied all the cables and provided excellent service

The only thing that the technicians did was to plug in the existing sound bar to the new tv and plug in the lazer sound cable.

Add-on speakers were not functioning. Geek Squad agent got all home theater equipment up and running properly within about 20 minutes. Everything working fine now.

I paid to have my older (7 years) TV and sound equipment mounted to the wall and hooked up. The two employees that came to my house were knowledgeable and up to date as to the out of date equipment I own. Thanks so much!
