This was a good service with the total tech from best buy people. They are very nice and knowledgeable.

The agent hooked up the sound bar and remote to perfection. Took a while but he was determined..great young man! Great attitude and took all precautions. Very pleased.

The tech who installed our wall mounts and TV's did a great job. Also connected internet, special components and gave us a very easy to understand lesson on how to use them.

The agent setup a universal remote so that we didn't need 5 separate remotes. Cason was very professional and knew how to program the universal remote which has made our live easier.

We had this service as we need somebody to install the wall mount for our TV. But I wouldn't have had the service itself as it's expensive. But the serviceman was very polite and knew what he's doing. I have no complain about his service.

This was not a service call to hook up my Sonos Playbar. My Playbar has had no issue. The issue was the Sonos Sub I purchased at Best Buy 7/10 recently started cutting in and out. The tech told me it was no good and that I should return it. I asked him to measure the signal strength of my Modem/Router and we found that I had lost considerable signal strength between the router and the home theater. Back to Best Buy and bought a Google Nest Mesh system with one point and hooked that up 1/14 and so far the Sub has not cut out.

Had a couple issues with my system and the one they put in but they came out promptly and got us taken care of.

The 2 men that came out to deliver and setup our new TV and soundbar were wonderful. Aside from the excellent job in setting up the equipment they were VERY nice and considerate of my husband and myself and our home.

Cooper and his associate are outstanding technicians and very customer service focused. I definitely will call them for future technical service.

I bought this to accompany my Large TV installation package. I got a great price of just $49.99 for the audio installation to replace my old system. Very happy with this purchase.

The geek squad crew did a fantastic job mounting my new tv and soundbar with hiding all of the cords as well.

DeSha did a fantastic job of connecting the sound bar system to our new tv and also moving and setting up our old tv and connecting the sound bar. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of DeSha.

My Geek Squad agent was efficient, polite, and had answers for my questions. The agent mounted my TV, connected and updated (if needed) all components, and was done in an hour. Pretty nice!

As usual, the Geek Squad was excellent. We probably wouldn’t even attempt to install TV’s etc. ourselves. Geek Squad is the best part of shopping Best Buy!
