The agents did everything! Mounted the TV bracket, TV, set up my receiver, speakers and has everything on the home theater and TV working great. Geek Squad is excellent!

The Geek Squad rep set up the audio quickly, and did it so I could control the sound level with my cable remote. Therefore, I don't need the soundbar remote except to control the bass level.

I think they should have installed the wall mount. I did not realize that they came with the sound bar. This probably should have been an option. Otherwise all else was fine.

The Agent was on time, courteous and very helpful in explaining how to use my equipment! I would recommend this young lady to anyone needing help with TV and sound installations!

Geek Squad team was very knowledgable of my product and competed the installation a a timely manner.

I decided to have the Geek Squad install my Flat Screen and Sound System. Took away all the complications of finding the right settings and making the project look good. Well worth the cost.

The agents worked quickly and installed the product without a problem. They also took the time to explain the product to me since many products now come with limited instructions.

Sony 300 Sound Bar clear voice is my problem with understanding what is said . I still don’t think it is functioning correctly. I hope that it can be fixed, but it will need to have the tech to come back .
