The team arrived within the appointment window and was friendly. Very knowledgeable about home theater installations and the was quick to set up the unit.

Had to call GEEK Squad a second time to reset my sound bar up. First time was a subcontractor. Actual Geek Squad was excellent. It took no time to fix my issues.

Unfortunately I had to buy another mounting kit cause the studs were further apart in our drywalls, but the tech came prepared with another mounting kit and it was decently priced.

The agent set up and connected our sound bar to our tv system. He also instructed me on how to use the system. I will definitely use the Geek Squad again.

The installer did a good job of connecting all the various components of the home theater system. I am still hoping for a follow-up consultation concerning accessing and adjusting component settings.

let them do it. it's worth it. it was nice to have best buy handle the complicated parts. I have never had a best buy squad come to my home that was not extremely professional.
