    Home consult missed need for direct Ethernet connect to soundbar. Bryan worked hard to try to find way to complete while here. Required me contacting provider to address. Then able to complete

    After some initial confusion on the part of the Geek Squad members, the set-up of the new receiver and reprogramming of the universal remote was completed. Technicians did their usual great job.

    I had read about the good service from the Geek Squad and it is true. They came installed my sound bar and showed us how to work it in a minimum amount of time and fuss. I was very pleased to have them do it.

    Chad connected the wires OK. Synchronized everything didn’t give me much of a tutorial on the remote. Took him about 10 minutes.

    I think they should have installed the wall mount. I did not realize that they came with the sound bar. This probably should have been an option. Otherwise all else was fine.

    Came out to install a receiver and even though I had issues after he left they came back and fixed it fairly quickly. Im good at this stuff but he spent hours setting up so out was well worth the price paid
