Installer could not cure lip sync errors even though house has 500mbps signal.

Sony 300 Sound Bar clear voice is my problem with understanding what is said . I still don’t think it is functioning correctly. I hope that it can be fixed, but it will need to have the tech to come back .

The guys did a great job of delivering and installing the LG Sound Bar. They spent the needed time in providing instruction on how to use the unit.

The techs came in went right to work and had it all set and working in no time. Then walked me through the procedures making sure I understood all of the operations and that all of my questions were answered.

The agent reset the sound bar with the tv. I feel this could have been done with a agent over the phone. This was not rocket science.

Max did excellent job explaining how to connect our old sound bar and better yet how to install a new one if/when we get one. It will be easy and simple.

The Geek Squad agents paired my sound bar with the new TV remote so that I went from 4 remotes to just one to operate the system! Then they thoroughly explained how to work the remotes.

After a renovation, I had to unpack my stereo and speakers. They put the entire setup back together again with the new TV and power conditioner. The only thing is I wish the wires were a little better organized.
