The agents were most outstanding installing all the components. Informing me as they set up the equipment and how to use it. They also remounted the old TV in living room.

The agents are always helpful, kind, courteous, patient in explaining how things work. They always make sure everything works properly and that you understand before they leave.

The installation tech was great (Kush). Did an excellent job wall mounting and synching the tv with the soundbar.

Unfortunately I had to buy another mounting kit cause the studs were further apart in our drywalls, but the tech came prepared with another mounting kit and it was decently priced.

All audio components were connected they way I wanted and all work together.

Send that helped me was very friendly and did a great job. I especially appreciated that she cleans up after she left and helped me take a TV to the garage.

let them do it. it's worth it. it was nice to have best buy handle the complicated parts. I have never had a best buy squad come to my home that was not extremely professional.

ALWAYS CALL ON THE GEEK SQUAD FOR HELP WITH CONNECTIONS. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND CAN ALSO ANSWER QUESTIONS. WHAT A BUNCH OF SMART PEOPLE!

Sound Bar works great. No issues with it, like being at the movies, only get to watch everything at home

I cannot say enough about Shawn and Kyle that did our install….they were nice, knowledgeable and very respectful of my many questions.

Both were very diligent to give the best possible connection for my analog device given my home theater is digital and all devices connect via a digital receiver.

Works great. Just have to pull it out a little get remotes to work on the infrared signal.

The geeks are Great. The scheduling and delivery software they use is worse than a third grader moving pebbles on the sand.

They hooked up my sound bar so it worked correctly. They had a little issue with it connecting and they kept working until they got it working right.
