The geek squad guys were pleasant & respectful. They hooked everything up and explained to me how to operate everything. They were very friendly and patient as I asked many questions.

The installation tech was great (Kush). Did an excellent job wall mounting and synching the tv with the soundbar.

They were here earlier than expected, and did a quick install. I had to call them back twice for other issuses but were quick to respond eventho nothing was actually solved

I added an over the antenna and needed to have it set for audio to my receiver. Andres from the Geek Squad did a great job! He also did our home theater install so we wanted him back to do this job too!

My computer lost the ability to cast movies from my computer to my tv and the tech spent an hour tuning up my computer and installer the casting icon and it works great

The sound system completes the setup for us. The Geek Squad set up everything with no hassle and were able to leave with us being completely satisfied with their handling of the new purchase .

We had to have the Geek Squad to set up our new receiver for our home theatre system. They quickly finished my setup that I couldn't figure out.

Agents came in and mounted TV and connected devices and made sure all worked. They took the time to make sure I knew how to work everything.
