The agent came out to replace soundbar but he was able to fix problems with the olden quickly and easily. Great job! Honest and saved me hundreds.

We purchased this sound bar to go with a new Sony 85 inch TV I was told the sound bar by my salesman and Sony Rep that it would fit under the TV on my 62 in table it did not. You have yo have 74 inch table for the TV to sit up high enough anyway I was left with a sound bar sitting off to the side and sitting too tall for the tv remote receiver to work we had to set the new Tv on 2x4’s for it to work rigjt

The sound bar was an existing one for the previous television. The agent simply unplugged it and plugged it back in. It took about 1 minute and cost me about $50 for the “service.” The agent did plug it in well. The lower rating is because I think it was ridiculous to be charged so much for plugging in a device. I have had many excellent visits from Geek Squad prior to this one.

The service provider was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He identified my issues and provided helpful recommendations.
