We purchased this sound bar to go with a new Sony 85 inch TV I was told the sound bar by my salesman and Sony Rep that it would fit under the TV on my 62 in table it did not. You have yo have 74 inch table for the TV to sit up high enough anyway I was left with a sound bar sitting off to the side and sitting too tall for the tv remote receiver to work we had to set the new Tv on 2x4’s for it to work rigjt

The agent was knowledgeable about how my system was configured. He made modifications which did help. However, my system apparently is not capable of providing system sound to my satisfaction.

They did an excellent job making sure I understood how to use the sound bar and also to make it less conspicuous.

The two gentlemen that came to set everything up went above and beyond. They explained everything to me and made sure everything was working perfectly. Wonderful from start to finish.

They call to say when they are going to arrive, bring all the items with them. Set everything up, explain as they go along, answer questions, clean up, take all boxes etc. How can you beat that? Guys are great.

The installer did a good job of connecting all the various components of the home theater system. I am still hoping for a follow-up consultation concerning accessing and adjusting component settings.
