WE have had Geek Squad for many years now for our computers this is our first time using them for TV and Audio. As usual they we prompt and pleasant to work with and totally handled our installation professionally.

I had Geek Squad do several installations at my residence. I was happy with all of it.

The agent programmed my t v and sound bar system. He also connected my streaming system.

Happy to have Greek Squad fix my TV and also working to fix my computer , it s really need to have Greek Squad in your life !!! Make things easy for your electronic device .

They certainly knew what they were doing, and were patient explaining how to use the system to me.

Great team. Very friendly. Installed new 65" LG with LG sound bar. connected existing cable and BluRay. All setup, including Netflix. These guys were excellent.

Agents set up my soundbar quickly and removed all packaging.

The greek sq installers were very efficient and professional with their installation and knowledge. I only problem was getting another appointment to install my smart devices; lights, etc.

We decided to have Geek Squad do the professional install of our replacement sound system. Good job. Was even a learning experience for him -- first turntable he had ever installed in a system.

The Tech showed up within 15min of the start of the 4 hr window. After setting up, he took the time to go through everything with me and make sure I was comfortable with the TV and Soundbar.

Not sure if this is well mounted like the way the samsung TV was done a few months ago

The agent connected my A/V Receiver to the Home Theater Speaker System and made sure proper speaker locations for all 8 speakers was accomplished for surround sound effect.

I moved into a new house with a multi room sound system, that didn't work. Charles from the Geek Squad, figured it out and got it working within an hour.
