The sound bar was an existing one for the previous television. The agent simply unplugged it and plugged it back in. It took about 1 minute and cost me about $50 for the “service.” The agent did plug it in well. The lower rating is because I think it was ridiculous to be charged so much for plugging in a device. I have had many excellent visits from Geek Squad prior to this one.

When we ordered our system, we forgot to mention that we wanted to receive FM radio stations on our receiver. One call to the Geek Squad fixed that problem in no time at all.

The agent was nice enough but didn’t perform a complete connection service, as he said he didn’t have the tools that Home Theater has in order to conceal the wires on my two surround speakers. So, the surround speakers were not connected. I didn’t get what I thought I purchased. Several plastic zip ties were snipped and removed from my wall mounted TV, but new ones were never reattached.
