The agents were so efficient setting up and installing the TV and mounting the Soundbar.

Shawn and his team did an excellent job installing my new system. They were on time, clean and very courteous. They did an incredible job and everything works great and my home looks wonderful.

The geek Squad agent that did the work on installing my sound bar was great and work and told me what they were doing and made me feel very good.

Save the hassle of doing it yourself. If you have the money but not the time. Very professional service for not a lot of cost. And the professionalism of a qualified representative.

Set up was quick and very well organized. All options were explained to me in detail until I understood. Everything was tied together very neatly and all was cleaned up before they left.

The agent was nice enough but didn’t perform a complete connection service, as he said he didn’t have the tools that Home Theater has in order to conceal the wires on my two surround speakers. So, the surround speakers were not connected. I didn’t get what I thought I purchased. Several plastic zip ties were snipped and removed from my wall mounted TV, but new ones were never reattached.

Computer installment less than satisfactory. Geek didn't explain anything about how to use it. I ended up having a private consultant come in and make adjustments (like hookup the wi-fi) and show me how to use it. The TV installation was satisfactory, though the agent forgot to take away the boxes . I have had satisfactory use of GS and take some of blame for computer install -- I should have asked more questions

Bought a great 50" tv. Service contract and installation provided were superb. Staff courteous and helpful. Geek Squad is such a blessing to those of us technology challenged.

The Geek Squad Tech. was very knowledgeable and soon had the system up and running without a hitch. If you have questions and are not super tech savvy about your set-up, get assistance from the Geek Squad.

The geek squad did a great job setting up--but since I did not need the cable I purchsed, I sent it back with them, but never received the credit. Only later was I told I have to go into the store myself

I had Geek Squad do several installations at my residence. I was happy with all of it.

These guys were great. They set up two wall mounted smart tv's with receiver and universal remote. They were very professional, worked well together and had us up and running in no time.
