The Geek Squad was great kept me up to date on their arrival and were very efficient with the installation.

We were lucky enough to have the same geek squad staff member come by to help us with an additional tech-support hook up of adding our new 4K sound receiver. Alfonso is the best!!!

The agent identified the problem (electric storm surge fired rear speakers) and helped with a solution to the problem.

The set up is fine. We had a morning appointment and the person to install it came at 8PM. He wasn't even a Best Buy employee. We were not happy with that.

They did an amazing job and were professional mounting the sound bar to the tv.

He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Made sure all components worked. I was glad I had geek squad do the install.

A contractor...not geek squad... came out to remove old and install new receiver....he was not familiar with reprogramming so we had to contact Best Buy requesting another tech (who also ended up being a contractor) to come out and program receiver and was successful this time....however we were under impression the geek squad would provide service from the start which is what we were paying for or so we thot....so what are we paying for ???? Not sure we will continue geek squad services nor recommend to anyone

Took a month for the to schedule the service but when it was done I was happy with it.

The agents from Geek Squad helped with my renewal of the antivirus that I bought for my Mac. When all was done everything was working perfectly. I am very happy.

The Geeks did a super job of installing, explaining and demonstrating how the sound system works. Would recommend this service for those less technically inclined.

Best Buy has the greatest crew ..the Geek squad. They are quick with the set up, but clean everything up and take time to make sure you know how to use everything
