    When I bought my 4K TV I didn't want the hassle of trying to set it up. The Geek squad did a great job. The covered my carpet, wore booties and cleaned up after themselves. Easy and quick!

    Tech had problems had to replace unit. Second unit the same, called Samsung and they had me reset the bar. That took care of the problem

    Even though the guys weren't audio experts, they installed the soundbar quickly and efficiently. Very personable and great ambassadors for Best Buy. Nice job!

    Set up my TV, connected my surround sound system and programmed my remote and Wi-Fi and Internet accede. Wished they had shown me more on using these features.

    Well done but highly overpriced service call.Made Two adjustments for $149 and gone in less than a half hour.Will be a long time before I use Geek Squad again much cheaper services available elsewhere.
