    We had 2 different men out and neither could get the Charter Spectrum remote to control the volume, but the lady that showed up the 3rd time did it in just a few minutes!

    The Geek Squad set up the sound bar and the remote Wi-Fi part fit nicely under the couch. The bar itself fit in nicely with the TV on its stand
