Two men had a big job done and a little over an hour. I would use them every time, but we didn't get (or remember) their names.

The sales associate did a very good job of explaining the features and value of the phone. I t was ready when I arrived.

They came in and hooked everything up except for on component but they let me know what I needed to get to hook it up.

The Geek Squad did a great job measuring and making sure that my tv was hung straight and right where I wanted it.

Agents got the sound bar connected and working. Then installed the surround sound connected (via wireless hub). They were in their work van (completing paperwork) in my driveway when I realized there was not any sound emitting from the back surround speakers. I went outside and brought this to their attn and they were attentive and came back in to troubleshoot. About an hour and a few phone calls later, they got it working. Note: I received all the equipment directly from the MFR about 1 week prior to the install and I discovered a gouge in the side panel of the subwoofer that was obvious due to transit. The Geek squad rep told me it would be replaced and this was 5 months ago. Overall, I'm not really satisfied with the sound quality of the soundbar, speakers, etc., but is better than what I had before.

My installation was far from basic but that was what the representative originally scheduled. After several visits everything was working.

The agents took out old receiver and put new one in and hooked up new switch and two new speakers. Also programmed universal remote.
