Christopher and I think the other guys name was Williams (last name) were very professional and knew what they were doing, it sounded great!I would recommend Christopher Ferguson and Mr Williams to anyone needing tv’s , sound systems or anything audio installed

First of all, ton of thanks to Nic and his team for completing the installation work and figuring out the solutions on the go for every problem they faced in spite of various challenges they faced from the moment they took a look at the project! Honestly speaking, I started feeling very nervous initially as Nic and team started discovering lot many unknowns as they started their work. But, Nic and his team started to resolve/pass through every single challenge as the time passed by and I started feeling tremendous amount of confidence and assurance that this project will be a great success at the end! Nic was quite instrumental in figuring out the solutions for the wiring issues (which was the biggest challenge out of all) and his team was also super experienced to support Nic and provided their suggestions wherever needed . This was an amazing display of a great team work and on top of everything, ‘superior quality work’! Nic’s technical expertise was exceptional and he made sure that I am getting everything as per my expectation or thoughts. Nic is truly an amazing tech person Geek Squad has and this is a topmost experience in terms of an excellent technical service and customer satisfaction I can say!

Zeb and his teammate were very professional and did excellent work. They put together my new tv stand with new television, 4k player, receiver and surround sound in amazing amount of time. Gave me a tutorial on how to operate. This geek squad is the best!

The Geek Squad are great. They could come promptly to assess my problem. They were quick to diagnose the problem. They helped me order another system. Once the new system arrived at the store they were quick to bring the new system to install. They are amazing & I actually believe I received the best professional service from the members of the Squad that came to my home. They were very prompt to intervene on my behalf. Their communications with home base were very prompt. They were very professional & respectful. Plus they were all very good educators on the use of my replacement system. Kudos to the squad!!!

The Geek Squad service guy arrived at the specified time. He was friendly, efficient, listened to the problems I was having with my technology, and proceeded to work his “magic.” He explained what he was doing so I could understand it, and fixed the problem/issue. TV sound NOT synced to 'lips moving'. Geek Squad thankfully informed me to keep all packaging. TV and Sound bar were both returned to Best Buy and all but $100 of my costs were refunded by Best Buy. Again, thankyou Geek Squad. Without your help I'd have been out well over $1,000 dollars!!!

Technicians installed a sound bar and other speakers. Quick and courteous techs. Set up speakers and sound field as requested. Gave suggestions and demonstrated the sound system. Great movie theater sound in the house. Very well done.

The person who installed my soundbar was very pleasant and knew what exactly what to do. I have never meet a person from Geek Squad weather it was to fix something or for an install that wasn't professional and helpful.

My soundbar setup was excellent and fast. I would highly recommend them. I definitely would use them again.

The techs installed my soundbar to an existing tv and did a great job. They took extra time to make sure the wires were hidden and updated the app. Also, spent time 'training' us on how to use the app to sync our other soundbar to this new one.

It took 3 visits by 2 different Geeks who worked together to troubleshoot my problems. The idiot who set up my speakers when the house was built jury-rigged things and it presented huge problems when I tried to change receivers. Between the 2 Geeks, we finally got things working properly. It was well worth the price of installation to have things done right.

Geek Squad Diagnosed the issues with connecting a 6 Year Old Bose SoundBar to the New Optimum TV / DVR System. Geek Squad determined the Technologies were not compatible. Not the answer I wanted - but facts are Facts.

My wife and i have been very happy with our soundbars! We watched Lord of the Rings for the first time since getting them, and the improved sound quality made it even better!!!
