I'm very pleased with the wonderful job that the techs did. They set up my new system completely and quickly. Couldn't be happier.

The Geek Squad recommended this product upon install and we bought it thru them. Friendly setup team. Very knowledgeable.

The crew installed the mount and sound bar; but, the mount was loose (it tilted down when the controls were used) and the sound bar was mounted with its front display facing the floor (since it was the only way to screw the bar and mount).

The service was performed perfectly. All of my questions were patiently answered and everything was explained thoroughly.

I would recommend the Geek Squad to everyone that asks who's the Best to mount a TV on a wall.

Best Buy has the WORST customer service where Geek Squad is involved that I have ever encountered. Now, this isn't about the technician who finally came. This is about scheduling an appointment/ no show/no communication/ you're NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone with a store manager?????/ only to wake up the next morning to find its been rescheduled for six days later, still eithout any communication from Best Buy. The customer service "chat" site and phone agents are a total joke. They can tell you nothing about why this is happening. HORRIBLE customer service,HORRIBLE communication....I will never recommend Best Buy.

Did a great job making sure everything was working properly. Even tried to get the network up and connected.

They came in left the house cleaner than found it. Also, set up tv & sound system. This is a great dollar added service

Soundbar connect was easy to install and the price as good.
