Simply put, Best Buy sub-contracted out my delivery and set-up service to another contractor, Manada, who were TERRIBLE. They didn't show up for the delivery, promised me delivery on the next day, didn't show up again, and didn't respond to calls or texts. It was the worst, most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. Ultimately, I had to pick up and install my equipment myself. Best Buy is doing tremendous damage to its brand by using contractors like this.

The technician did a good job installing everything I wanted hooked up to it. A bluray and a disc player in addition to TV and radio.

2 technicians, not the Geek squad installed the new sound bar. They basically just took it out of the box and plugged it in. They weren't familiar with the sound bar and how it worked with the new tv they just installed. I had to use the internet to get instructions on how to set up the remote.

These guys were wonderful installing TVs sound bars, even a new router! They were fantastic!
