I know this stuff setup would drive me crazy. Let the geeks do it. Trust me. Worth every penny.

First, the people were super nice and careful. They tried to set up a new Denon AVR 650H and connect it to my Samsung 4K UHD TV and with an Alexa Fire Cube. They connected everything and ran into a DHCP error with the Cube and then proceeded to tell me that my TV was not 4K and set the cube up to a lower resolution (1080P) and then left. I ended up returning to Best Buy the new Denon AVR since it wouldn't work as set up by Geek squad like my current old Onkyo AVR. I complained, but had to eat the cost of the installation since 'they came out and installed' even if it wasn't done properly. I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad again. They did do a good job 4 years ago when they installed the Samsung 4K UHD TV (my current TV), but I guess things change and if they have a problem, they give up and leave.
