The agents installed our 75” TV and sound bar. They were very friendly and professional.

My experience in setting up my 4 in-ceiling speakers installation was very poor. No matter how I explained that I had 4 ceiling speakers that had been pre-wired in my new house, the Cust Serv rep insisted as coding it for a soundbar connect and then a sound bar connect and installation. When I eventually talked to the agent who was to come to my house, he explained that he was not qualified to installed consealed ceiling speakers. I needed a "Double-Agent" for that job. The appointment was set for the last day that I was in town and therefore could not be rescheduled until I return from Florida where I live. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I later found out that your scheduling sheet doesn't contain a "Ceiling speaker conceal" job and that the reps have to code it "Soundbar connect and/or installation". You really need to reevaluate your assignment sheets.
I also had a 98 in TCL TV delivered earlier and that went fine, but when the Geek Squad came to mount it, they discovered that I had the wrong mounting bracket, because Best Buy doesn't carry the right bracket in the store and the sales person simply told me to purchase one on Amazon that will accomodate a 98 in TV. The installers, however, informed me that there are only 2 brackets that will accomodate the TV. Obviously the sales person did not know that. My TV is still in the box. Another disappointment with Best Buy.
