    The agents looked at my soundbar and said it wouldn't work with my LG smart TV. So they would cancel the service call and my $90.00 would be refunded. That never happened. 5 minutes and they were gone. However, I'm still a customer, as a matter of fact I just booked another appointment for this Saturday because I still like and trust the service.

    Soundbar only worked for two weeks. Soundbar did sound great at first. A replacement order has been placed. Let's hope it works.
