Arrived late. Complained about having to drive "so far out." Ser up TV ok. No instruction for customer. MAIN COMPLAINT: Did NOT connect SubWoofer when he set up sound system and did not tell customer. I found it the next day. It did require an additional cable and did not tell me it was not done nor what to do to connect it.

I am Total Tech member and have had the Geek Squad over for many appointments. All appointments have been handled with utmost professionalism, but, sadly, this one did not turn out well. The agent was not able to diagnose the problem well and, moreover, did not solve it. On the positive side, he tried, but trying for $49.99 is not worth it.
