We had 2 guys come and install our sound system to our TV. They kkind of knew more than we did on installing it. First let me say I am not happy it takes 2 separate charges to hook this up BUT it does one for hooking up sound system and one for plugging it into the TV. Plus you pay for any extras needed brackets etc. Plus sound system so what started at a good deal just ended at a very high cost. And they had to come back because person booking the appointment didn't schedule it right. So needless to say not installed by the time I wanted it. The guy that came first time was nice enough to wave the cost of that call. Everything installed and very rapidly explained to us and that speal of any problems call. Well we lost sound that night and we called and told you just need to play with it and get use to it. Well we did and got sound back. Also told we were also we could probably look for another remote so we only had to use one but he didn't know name or where we would find . BIG HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! So far no other problems.

Great set up of my system in record time and it was done correctly the right way.

It took almost a month to get Geek Squad to come out to trouble shoot an issue with my new tv and soundbar. They replaced the soundbar but still having issues with sound cutting out after 1 hour of use. Can only imagine how long it will take to come out again.
