Completely disappointed. I paid to have a jbl 9.1 sound bar installed to my tv that i had installed a few years ago by best buy. The guys came out and attempted to hook it up. As soon as they leave it starts cutting out. So my wife calls the installers to try to get them to come back and they dont answer. She leaves a message...they never return her call. Its been 4 days and i havent heard a word from anyone and the sound bar still shuts off and disconnects from the tv. Its very annoying.
Im about to return the whole thing! Not happy!

It is a Sonos One speaker, not a sound bar. Reviews were all good on performance of this speaker but I had to return it because two attempts by the Geek Squad to connect were unsuccessful.
