After they fixed my audio. They change a cable for my hard wire internet. Not it does not work. I only have wireless that I set Up.. I have paid for 2 internet connect so far this year so I will not pay again for this service.

Set up was going great. I would recommend this to anyone.

After all the problems getting an appointment (4th time was a charm) i was ready to call Consumer Affairs. However a customer relations guy FINALLY got the Geek Squad to come and fix a minor problem that could not fix myself.

The verdict is still out on this item. Dialogue seems more understandable but there's a bass presence that's sometimes disconcerting. I often thing there's a bit truck outside the house. If I ignore that (and it isn't constant), it's a plus addition.

From start to finish; the item and the purchase experience was excellent.
