    The techs arrived for the appointment and installed the new receiver, but, left the old one in the middle of the floor. Told how to work all my equipment with the new receiver and than left. It wasn't until the next day that I saw that the receiver had been left on.

    After paying what we did for them to set this up with our x-box one etc. He went through everything so quickly that we have no clue how to play 4k dvd's through our xbox one. The tech from geek squad is coming out again so we can watch our dvd's in 4k. I would recommend to a friend as long as they make the tech show every aspect slowly

    Second time this has happened. I schedule the 8 AM to 12 noon appointment time at least two weeks prior to installation. Crew arrives in the afternoon. This results in me wasting an entire day. Geek scheduling needs some work and customer service attention.
