First $900 soundbar replaced cuz it was a lemon.

Geek squad installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They did a great job setting up our outdoor tv, receiver etc. , but knocked a hole in our wall. They took pictures and said they would turn it in for repair and of course we never heard from Best Buy to fix our wall. They also cut our cable line in the process and it cost me $40 to have Time warner come out and fix that!

Geek Squad needs to do better.

I had to "tweak" it myself, and there is a piece that was poorly connected and subsequently fell off. Not thrilled at all. =-(

Geek squad tried to set up our Bose speaker
