    They did a great job setting up our outdoor tv, receiver etc. , but knocked a hole in our wall. They took pictures and said they would turn it in for repair and of course we never heard from Best Buy to fix our wall. They also cut our cable line in the process and it cost me $40 to have Time warner come out and fix that!

    The soundbar was working fine before the new TV was connected. Now, we have to keep changing the source every time we switch from one platform to another. I reset the TV to see if that will help. time will tell!
