This is the second sound bar that was installed this year. The first one completely stopped working. They installed a new one for me. I’ve been having trouble with that one also. The volume will go from 36 to 56 or 28 to 45 it just skips all over. It doesn’t do it every day but it’s frustrating. Sometimes it will land on a volume number and there will be absolutely no sound. I’ve been trying to get help from the geek squad and I’m getting nowhere . Very frustrated.The people at the Mansfield Best Buy have been wonderful, I only have issues with the people that you have to talk to from the geek squad. The people from Mansfield that install the stuff have been wonderful.
