Only fair

Didn’t know how to mount speakers on stands and I had to do that also. And he had to borrow my tools as he didn’t have any with him.

Well it works with some fiddling...

The former owner had best buy set up the house sound system and recommended I do the same. I gave them a blank check and told them "I stream music off of amazon and files on my pc/phone, and want the tv over the sound system as well". I was using an Onkyo receiver that the former resident had sold to me. Should be simple?! Not quite turn-key as was represented. I had the audacity to text the tech a day later with a question about the system dropping the Bluetooth connection and asking for suggestions on troubleshooting. Crickets... I'm not a tech neophyte and just needed a little direction...

With an awesome setup like this, I'd recommend working with our Magnolia Design Centers within some of our Best Buys.
